Activation of code teams seem to result in an error
Incident Report for Hypercare
This incident is now resolved. The issue stemmed from a bug fixed that was pushed out earlier at 1400 EST that resulted in the code activation feature being affected. A push has been successfully shipped out, verified by our customers to be working, and the feature is back to full functionality.

Currently, we have some reports that there are issues activating code teams over Hypercare. Our team has identified the issue and is pushing out a fix. Will update in the next 10 minutes.
