This incident affected: Messages (Text Messaging, Sending Images, Delivery Receipts), Authentication (Login/Signup, Active Directory Integration), Notifications (SMS Notifications, Push Notifications and Real Time Events), On-Call (Messaging On-Call Roles), and Administration Controls (Admin Panel).
