The issue affecting inbound calls from a subset of Bell Canada phone numbers has been resolved by our third party provider, Twilio, and the service is functioning normally at this time.

Hypercare's virtual pager may not work when a caller attempts to call a Hypercare virtual pager from a subset of Bell phone numbers. This is due to an issue experienced by our third party provider, Twilio, and is currently under investigation. We will provide further updates when they become available.
