Downtime resulting from server upgrades

We had some minor issues with users fetching their list of chats in iPhone app and web app as we upgraded our server software at midnight eastern time zone. This was resolved quickly once the issue was identified by 2 am EDT. It was not a partial outage as users was able to send and receive messages.
