Issue: The Hypercare Technology team is investigating an issue impacting a subset of Hypercare users. The team has identified that the Forgot Password feature isn't running as expected for a small group of users on the web platform.

Impact: Some users who need to reset their password may experience difficulties if they are using the web platform. Hypercare mobile platforms are not affected.
